     Dr. Seski became the first physician in Pittsburgh to pioneer bloodless surgery in 1981. He successfully uses bloodless techniques to treat many high risk patients and also patient's who refused blood transfusions.

     As Medical Director at The Center for Bloodless Medicine and Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital, patients are provided with a comprehensive approach to their medical treatment and surgery without the use of blood transfusion.
